Our Partnership Model
Listing on Uni Stay DU is free in most cases. For bulk listing, a nominal listing fee may apply. Once a student is admitted to your PG, a commission of 30–50% of the first month's rent is payable to Uni Stay DU — as soon as the student pays their rent.
A formal legal contract will be signed with every partner before listing goes live. No hidden costs are charged — all fees are borne solely by the property owner.
